We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision and care
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop effective treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients
• Operate and interpret medical imaging tools such as X-rays while maintaining strict infection control and aseptic techniques
• Manage dental implants, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry procedures as required
• Document all medical records accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws
• Collaborate with team members using dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures
• Provide client communication that is empathetic, informative, and professional to foster trust and satisfaction
• Stay updated on healthcare diagnosis practices, medical terminology, and advancements in general dentistry to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice dentistry as a Licensed Associate Dentist
• Proven experience in dental office environments or clinics with a focus on comprehensive patient care
• Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and dental fabrication processes
• Skilled in performing complex procedures including dental extractions, implants, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and compassionately
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare policies governing medical documentation and patient privacy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment practicing four-handed dentistry for optimal patient comfort
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles for treating young patients effectively

Pay: $111,345.48 - $300,000.00 per year
