The role

As Lead Hygienist, you will provide top-tier clinical care and guide the hygiene department. You will:

• Deliver comprehensive periodontal therapy, assessments, and preventive care
• Set the standard for clinical protocols, patient education, and case presentation
• Mentor and support fellow hygienists and assistants
• Partner with the doctor and front office on treatment planning and scheduling
• Help build a hygiene program that grows patient retention and long-term oral health

What we're looking for

• Active RDH license in New Jersey
• 7+ years of clinical experience, with prior lead or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong periodontal skills and a preventive, evidence-based mindset
• Excellent communication and the ability to build patient trust quickly
• A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in your craft
