• ​Quality Over Quantity: Forget the "prophy mill." You will see 3 to 6 patients per day, allowing you to provide the deep, compassionate care and education that patients truly deserve. As the practice grows you will grow your own schedule with deep connections to your patients.
• ​A True Team Experience: This is a Part-Time role with a clear path to Full-Time. On days when the hygiene schedule is light, you won’t just be sitting around—you’ll be an integral part of the office flow, assisting with clinical duties and helping the practice reach the next level.

​What You’ll Do

• ​Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality cleanings and precise dental using Dexis with a focus on patient comfort.
• ​Patient Advocacy: Conduct thorough assessments, review medical histories, and become a trusted educator for oral health.
• ​Dynamic Support: Step in to support the team with chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry when needed. We win as a team!
• ​Precision Documentation: Maintain pristine digital records using Open Dental, ensuring HIPAA compliance and aseptic excellence.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​The "All-In" Teammate: You are proactive and happy to help out where needed to ensure the office runs smoothly—whether in hygiene or assisting.
• ​Skill & Tech Savvy: Proficiency (or a strong desire to master) Open Dental and Dexis.
• ​Compassionate Care: A gentle touch with adults and a "superhero" personality when assisting with pediatric patients.
• ​Licensed Professional: You are a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) committed to the highest standards of health, safety, and comfort.
