Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional preventative dental care, educate patients on oral health, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed
• Conduct oral health assessments and screen for dental issues
• Take and interpret dental X-Rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans
• Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized work environment

Schedule

• 3 Days per week (Saturday must be one of them)
• Flexible weekday scheduling based on practice needs

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish is highly preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years or experience as a dental hygienist (new graduates with strong clinical training considered)
• Flexibility to work evening hours as needed
• Excellent communication and patient-centered interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
