Job Overview

High-Ticket Sales Consultant / Treatment Coordinator, St. Mark's Painless Dental, Brooklyn, NY. Full-time in-person. Pay is $40 to $45 an hour plus 2% commission on qualifying cases you close. This is not an admin role. We are deliberately hiring for sales ability. We handle complex implant and full-mouth cases. The doctor does the diagnosis and clinical recommendation. Your job is to take it from there. Build trust, discuss fees and financing, handle objections, and follow through until there is a clear decision. Responsiveness matters. You must be willing and able to monitor and respond to qualified new leads outside normal office hours when needed. That includes evenings and weekends. We don't pressure patients, but this is a results role. We track lead response, follow-up discipline, case acceptance, and collected revenue. We value backgrounds in luxury or high-ticket sales – auto, cosmetic surgery, high-end home services, and leadership experience. Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through prospecting and lead generation to identify high-value opportunities
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and present customized treatment options that align with their goals
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that enhance outreach and client engagement
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress within CRM systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-ticket B2B or technical sales, with a strong track record of closing large deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively
• Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Strong understanding of management principles, business development strategies, and territory management
• Experience in outside sales, inside sales, or remote sales environments is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations, negotiations, and ongoing relationship building
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently through proactive prospecting and deal closing efforts
• Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation techniques and outreach campaigns
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making in sales processes
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering personalized solutions that meet client needs
