Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Spanish – REQUIRED
• 1–2+ years of dental office experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Professional, organized, and confident with patients
• Strong patient relationship and treatment presentation skills
• Sales/closing experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new and existing patient treatment
• Present treatment plans and financial options
• Follow up with patients and help convert inquiries into scheduled treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team
