We are looking for a energetic, caring Treatment Coordinator to join our team on Sunday + Weekdays (flexible) + Room for growth into Full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build long-term relationships with patients in any conversation.
• Prepare and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Solution oriented mindset to help patients find a win-win financial arrangements for treatment plans.
• Diligent follow-up with patients on not yet accepted treatment plans.
• Detailed record keeping of all communication, notes, documents.
• Overcome hurdles to treatment plan acceptance through listening, caring and understanding patient needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years Treatment Coordinator experience required.
• Effective communicator and educator in guiding patients to accept treatment plans with a win-win solution.
• Highly organized, excellent follow-up and follow-through.
• Experience in Open Dental a plus, not required. Effective computer skills.

COMPENSATION & HOURS

• Based on experience
• Monthly Bonus Plan
• Sun 9am-3pm, 2 Weekdays (Mon/Tues 8am-5pm, Wed/Thu 9am-6pm)

Pay: $27,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
