Sonder Dentistry is looking for a warm, personable, and detail-oriented Front Office Team Member to join our growing dental practice!

We believe dentistry should feel different — patients should feel welcomed, heard, cared for, and genuinely valued from the moment they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy and loves creating meaningful connections with people.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check patients in and out with a friendly, positive attitude
• Build genuine rapport and lasting relationships with our patients
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Review treatment estimates and help patients understand their insurance benefits
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
• Collect payments and assist with financial discussions
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
• Communicate closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Help create an organized, welcoming, and positive office environment

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
