Receptionist

Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated individual who enjoys helping people smile? The Dental Team of Longmont is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our welcoming and fast-paced dental office!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Verify dental insurance and process billing
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth office flow
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
✅ Previous dental office or medical front desk experience preferred (but not required)
✅ Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.) is a plus
✅ Team player with a positive attitude

This will be a double location job working between our Loveland and Longmont office. Training will start in Loveland and gradually go to Longmont.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
