What You’ll Do (The Impact)

As our Front Office Ambassador, you are the "Director of First Impressions." You’ll keep the office humming and our patients smiling by:

• Greeting with Heart: Welcoming every patient and visitor with a genuine smile and a professional touch.
• The Logistics Pro: Managing schedules, rescheduling appointments, and ensuring the patient flow is seamless.
• Insurance Guru: Verifying coverage daily and keeping patient records as precise as a dental cleaning.
• Communication Hub: Handling calls with professionalism and ensuring our reception area feels like a second home.
• Administrative Support: Taking payments, scanning documents, and keeping the front-of-house organized and pristine.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must to serve our diverse Laredo community.
• Experience: 2+ years of office experience is preferred (bonus points if it’s in a dental/medical setting!).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and digital record management.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• The "Above and Beyond" Attitude: A natural ability to multitask while staying kind, calm, and organized.
