Front Desk Team Member

Children’s Dental Associates is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Team Member to join our dental team!

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves working with children and families
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable learning and using computer systems
• Works well as part of a team
• Previous dental/front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming and checking in/out patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance and assisting with patient questions
• Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
• Communicating with parents and our clinical team
• Helping keep the front desk running smoothly

Location: Bozrah/Colchester/East Lyme/Groton
Schedule: Full-time
