We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist/Recaller to join our team.

Requirements

• Previous front desk or dental office experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish & English preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to make a minimum of 100 calls per day
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Monday–Saturday
• 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 Weeks Paid Training
• Growth opportunities

This position requires employees to drive during work hours as needed for marketing activities and to place promotional signs along the streets once a week.
