If so, we’d love to meet you! Our energetic, patient-focused dental practice is looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first friendly face our patients see—warm welcomes required!
• Keep our schedule running like a well-oiled machine (because nobody likes waiting too long!)
• Navigate the world of dental insurance with confidence and ease
• Answer phones, emails, and patient questions like a customer service rockstar
• Keep records accurate and organized—because details matter!
• Support our awesome team with administrative tasks and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental front desk experience is a must (you know your PPOs from your HMOs!)
• A friendly, professional communicator who loves helping people
• Someone to help push the growth of the office to the next level
• Someone who can multitask like a pro—phones, schedules, and insurance forms? No problem!
• Tech-savvy
• A team player with a great attitude and a touch of humor—because we like to have fun, too!

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
