Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology, particularly in a dental or medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide them with information regarding their treatment options.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with dental or medical staff to discuss treatment protocols and patient needs.
• Assist patients with insurance verification and financial arrangements related to their treatments.
• Educate patients about procedures, post-treatment care, and follow-up appointments.
• Address any patient inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Experience in a medical or dental office environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical administrative support functions, including scheduling and record management.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
