Dental Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator

Join Our Dental Team as a Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator! Hours are Monday - Wednesday 8am-4pm and alternating Thursdays 8am-2pm.

Dental experience is a must.

Our moderately paced dental practice is looking for a Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator who thrives on autonomy, embraces learning, and is excited to contribute to the growth of our practice. Previous dental Experience a must.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate treatment plans and manage scheduling with accuracy
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
• Take initiative and work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
