Responsibilities and Duties

Job duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, financial arrangement, treatment coordinating,collecting and posting payments, verifying insurance eligibility, insurance breakdowns, updating and managing patient records, preparing/presenting treatment plans and estimates, etc.

You will also be expected to be a part of our marketing team for internal and external marketing tasks.

Requirements:

Must be able to commute to both of our locations in Sunnyvale and San Jose in working hours: M-Th 10-7pm, F 8-5pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
