Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently present cases and navigate insurance systems.

What You Will Do

• Present comprehensive treatment plans and make comfortable financial arrangements for patients.
• Verify insurance benefits, audit patient ledgers, and manage PPO and Medi-Cal billing.
• Maintain an efficient schedule and confidently manage/de-escalate challenging patient situations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a general dentistry setting (Required).
• Software: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Eaglesoft (Required).
• Insurance: Strong working knowledge of both Medi-Cal guidelines and PPO insurance processes.
• Skills: Expert-level ability to verify insurance, audit accounts, and handle financial arrangements.
