The Patient Advocate is responsible for ensuring that patients looking for dental treatment understand their options and receive the highest quality care.
To qualify for consideration, candidates will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and excellent work ethic.

Role:
This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation appointments.

Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling an appointment for consultations

Manage pending claims and insurance appeals.

Manage Electronic Forms and Referrals

Treatment Coordinator as needed

Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward

Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
