Dental Treatment Coordinator

Excellent opportunity to work with our family-like team as our treatment coordinator. We are a pediatric dental practice focused on customer service and creating a great dental experience for our patients and their parents. This is not a clinic-type atmosphere. If you are a detail-oriented team player who is comfortable with multitasking and effective at following standard operating procedures, this will be an excellent opportunity for you. Duties include providing administrative support to the team and owner dentist. A cheerful disposition is required to answer phones, present treatment plans, submit pre-authorizations and follow-up on statuses, schedule appointments, and perform all front office tasks. Dental experience preferred. Proficiency in Open Dental practice management software is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
