Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our high-performing pediatric dental team is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of communication, trust, and patient experience.

This is not a typical front desk role.

You will play a critical part in helping families understand treatment, feel confident in their decisions, and move forward with care. If you enjoy building relationships, guiding conversations, and taking ownership of outcomes—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Guide parents through treatment recommendations with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient and smooth patient flow
• Ensure all patient forms, records, and documentation are complete prior to appointments
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative team members
• Take ownership of the patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy with confidential patient information

Preferred:

• Experience with treatment coordination and case presentation
• Familiarity with dental coding and insurance processes
• Previous experience in a pediatric or high-volume practice
