SCHEDULE FOR OUR DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR - OFFICE MANAGER:

This is a full-time position with hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus every other Saturday to accommodate patient needs.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR - OFFICE MANAGER:

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator - Office Manager, you're the hub of the practice-balancing leadership and coordination with warmth and professionalism. You'll greet and assist patients, manage the front office flow, verify insurances, present treatment plans, handle billing and accounting, and ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly. Every day, you'll serve as the go-to for both patients and the clinical team, helping create a seamless experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and lead with empathy will help shape an environment where patients feel cared for and the team stays aligned.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• 3+ years of dental office experience
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft
• Confidence in insurance billing, accounting, and verifying insurances
• Skill in presenting treatment plans with clarity and care
