Your Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment options and confidently move forward with care. You'll serve as a trusted resource while working closely with our doctors, clinical team, and Practice Manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Building trust with patients by clearly explaining treatment recommendations, timelines, and financial options
• Guiding patients through financial discussions and payment solutions
• Managing and optimizing the doctor's schedule to maximize efficiency and patient care
• Supporting production and collection goals through strong communication and follow-through
• Coordinating communication with patients in person, over the phone, and electronically
• Tracking treatment acceptance and key performance metrics
• Maintaining organization and flow within patient accounts and treatment plans
• Collaborating with both clinical and administrative team members to create a seamless patient experience

Preferred Experience

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
