Dental Treatment Coordinator/ Front Office

We are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. This role requires a personable, organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable discussing comprehensive dental treatment.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Work in a caring environment with a powerful and talented team
• Serve as primary point of contact for patients throughout the treatment process
• Educate patients on comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner
• Build strong relationships with wonderful patients
• Create a welcoming environment for a world class patient experience
• Coordinate, consultations, treatment appointments and follow-up between patients and clinical team
• Work closely alongside our General Dentists and Specialists in multi-disciplinary treatment plans

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of dental treatment coordination experience
• Experience with comprehensive treatment is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence
• Exceptional interpersonal and warm people skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40.00- 48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
