Dental Treatment Coordinator

Dental Treatment Coordinator / Billing We are looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at our Covina location. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting treatment, discussing financial arrangements with patients, and assisting with dental billing and insurance. We are looking for someone who communicates well with patients, stays organized, and can help move treatment from consultation to acceptance and scheduling. Responsibilities: - Present treatment plans and explain recommended treatment to patients - Discuss fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options - Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment - Schedule treatment and help maintain a productive schedule - Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility - Assist with dental billing and insurance claims - Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and payments - Review EOBs and insurance payments - Collect patient balances and discuss financial arrangements - Maintain accurate patient and insurance information - Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and team members Qualifications: - Dental office experience preferred - Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred - Dental billing and insurance experience preferred - Knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal is a plus - Strong communication and customer-service skills - Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements - Organized, dependable, and able to multitask - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Location: Covina, CA We are looking for someone who can combine excellent patient communication with strong treatment coordination and dental billing skills.
