Dinwiddie Dental is a privately owned practice that believes great dentistry starts with a great experience, for patients and for the team delivering it. We're growing, and we need an organized, confident Treatment Coordinator to be the connection between our patients, our doctors, and our schedule.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, and help patients understand their next steps
• Schedule patients for treatment and follow up with anyone who hasn't booked yet
• Verify insurance benefits and walk patients through their financial responsibility
• Keep the doctors' schedules full and productive, working toward daily and monthly goals
• Answer phones and handle patient communication by phone and text with a great first impression every time
• Spot opportunities to help patients move forward with the care they need
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you to keep the office running smoothly

• Confident having conversations about treatment and payment
• Organized enough to juggle a busy schedule without dropping the ball
• Goal-driven and energized by hitting targets, not just clocking in
• Warm and genuine; patients should feel like you're actually on their side
• A team player who's reliable, professional, and accountable

Dental experience is a plus, but the right attitude and a willingness to learn count just as much.
