Dental Treatment Coordinator

Full Implant Choice is a beautiful, patient-focused dental implant practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys patient interaction, follow-up, and helping patients move forward with life-changing implant treatment.

Led by Dr. Adam Hogan, a recognized leader in dental implant, restorative, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry, our practice specializes in All-on-Four and implant dentistry.

Primary Focus of This Role:

This position is highly focused on outbound and inbound patient calls to follow up on treatment-pending implant cases, answer questions, and assist patients with scheduling and next steps.

• Some nights and weekends will be required to make lead calls. (Weekends, would be once a month, 4 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make follow-up calls to patients with treatment-pending implant treatment plans
• Educate patients on recommended implant and All-on-Four treatment options
• Address questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance, and financing options
• Schedule treatment and coordinate care
• Track and manage treatment-pending cases and follow-up activity
• Support the front office with phone coverage, scheduling, and patient communication
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless case coordination

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator (required)
• Strong phone skills and confident communication style
• Comfortable discussing high-value treatment plans and financial options
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Implant, surgical, or specialty dentistry experience preferred

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
