Dental Treatment Coordinator – Experienced & Proactive

Are you an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who knows how to educate patients, build trust, and confidently help them move forward with the dental care they need?

Beauclerc Dental is a privately owned PPO dental practice looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive team member who takes initiative and follows through.

We want someone who is not afraid to ask for the commitment and understands that helping patients accept treatment starts with education, trust, and clear communication. You should be comfortable presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, addressing concerns, and following up consistently with patients who have unscheduled treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans confidently and educate patients about recommended care and treatment options.
• Help patients understand the benefits and importance of treatment while prioritizing their individual needs.
• Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options.
• Address patient concerns and confidently help patients take the next step toward scheduling treatment.
• Follow up consistently on pending and unscheduled treatment.
• Work closely with doctors and team members to provide an excellent patient experience.
• Take initiative, stay organized, and contribute to practice goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience.
• Previous Dental Treatment Coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong treatment presentation, patient education, and case acceptance skills.
• Comfortable discussing finances and asking patients to move forward with treatment.
• Proactive, dependable, organized, and accountable.
• Experience with Open Dental software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Full-time
