Dental Treatment Coordinator

City View Dental is adding an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to our El Paso team. We’re looking for an outgoing, warm, confident communicator who enjoys helping patients understand recommended care and feel comfortable moving forward. This is a patient-facing role for someone with real dental-office experience—not an entry-level position.

Schedule and pay

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Occasional Saturday shifts may be offered on a volunteer basis; Saturdays are not regularly scheduled.

$15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll do

• Present recommended dental treatment clearly and confidently, answer patient questions, and help patients understand next steps.
• Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled or accepted recommended care.
• Discuss costs and available payment or financing options in a helpful, patient-centered way.
• Work closely with the clinical and front-office team to keep the patient experience organized and welcoming.
• Support treatment acceptance and sales goals while maintaining trust and professionalism.

What you bring

• Previous professional experience in a dental practice or other dental-specific role is required. Applicants with no dental-specific work experience will not be considered.
• A confident, outgoing, friendly communication style and comfort discussing treatment and costs with patients.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and customer-service skills.
• Treatment coordination and dental sales experience are highly valued; dental-office experience in other roles is also welcome.

Benefits

After 90 days, eligible team members may enroll in the office benefit plan. Benefits described by the practice include paid holidays, retirement plan, medical coverage if needed, continuing education, uniforms, and complimentary employee dental care (lab fees excluded), subject to plan terms and eligibility. After one year, regular full-time team members receive 35 hours of paid vacation and 16 hours of paid sick time. A well bonus may be available the following calendar year for team members who use no sick time during a continuous calendar year, up to 35 hours’ pay. Benefits are subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms.
