Dental Receptionist (Portuguese/Spanish speaking preferred)

We are a private dental practice located in Harrison, NJ, looking for a part time OR full-time, experienced dental assistant and dental receptionist with experience that is bilingual (Portuguese, Spanish), reliable, and passionate about their job. The following are the day-to-day responsibilities:

• Manage business operations (coordinate day-to-day execution, develop systems, etc.)
• Work with patients (answer phone calls, handle patient appointments and cancellations, present treatment plans, etc.)
• Insurances (send and receive claims and pre-determinations, run aging reports, update insurance fee schedules when necessary, etc.)
• Experience with Dental Assisting (a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
