Dental Receptionist – Hobbs Family Dental

Pay: $22–$29/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week. No nights or weekends!

Hobbs Family Dental is a friendly, family-focused practice dedicated to providing quality care in a comfortable, welcoming environment. We're looking for an organized, personable Dental Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see and help keep our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments
• Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
• Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the day running efficiently
• Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, following up on outstanding balances, and working insurance claims
• Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and handle messages
• Maintain accurate patient records and support other front office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Dental office experience preferred (front office, insurance, or billing)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and practice management software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office
• Friendly, professional, and a team player
