Dental Receptionist

Full-time dental receptionist. Busy family dental practice seeking an experienced, friendly, and organized receptionist to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and provides excellent customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Smart scheduling of dental appointments
• Confirming dental appointments
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Responding to emails and patient inquiries
• Managing patient records and office communications
• Coordinating daily front desk operations

Requirements:

• Previous dental front desk experience required
• Knowledge of dental scheduling and Open Dental software
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a busy practice setting
• Professional, dependable, detail-oriented
