Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Fit To Smile Dental | Aurora, CO

Fit To Smile Dental in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone with at least 6 months to 1 year of dental front office experience who understands that the front desk is so much more than answering phones and checking patients in. You help set the tone for the entire patient experience and play a huge role in keeping the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of dental front office experience required
• Experience with dental scheduling and patient communication
• Basic understanding of dental insurance, benefits, and terminology
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and patient balances
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be reminded of every next step
• Most importantly, someone who wants to learn and grow!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Keeping provider schedules organized and productive
• Collecting payments and discussing patient balances
• Reviewing treatment plans and estimated patient portions
• Updating patient and insurance information
• Helping fill openings and working unscheduled treatment
• Communicating with patients, providers, and other team members
• Supporting the office wherever needed to create a great patient experience
