Dental Receptionist

Falco Vane Dental is a privately owned 2 Doctor General Practice located in Warren, RI. We are looking to add a Full Time Dental Receptionist to our team. We provide quality care in a relaxing and friendly setting while improving oral health and function of each individual's teeth. Must have at least 2+ years of Dental Office experience to be considered for this role not medical experience!

Hours: Tue 8-4:30/5:00, Wed 8-4:30/5:00, Thur 8-4:30/5:00, Fri 7-4

What You’ll Do

• Welcoming patients into the office being the first point of contact
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering calls, texts and emails professionally
• Verifying insurance benefits and assisting patients with questions
• Present treatment estimates and discussing financial options
• Follow up on unscheduld treatment and recall appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help ensure patient satisfaction
• Sending claims to insurance, following up on denials and monitoring Aging reports

Hourly rate based on experience, paid vacation and holidays & 401k w/ match. No phone calls to the office. All applicants must go through Indeed portal

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
