Dental Receptionist

Riverfront Dental Care | Toms River, NJ

Full-Time | $28 per hour

Riverfront Dental Care is looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have atleast 1 year of dental or front office experience and enjoy working with patients in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 6:45 am - 5pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 am - 6pm
• Friday: 7 am - 2pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment
• Support the front office and dental team as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental or front office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and welcoming personality
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
• Experience with dental software and insurance is a plus
