Dental Patient Coordinator

• Work closely with patients to explain their treatment options and answer any questions they may have.
• Provide detailed explanations of costs and payment plans to ensure patients fully understand their financial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, insurance information, and financial agreements.
• Ensure a seamless patient experience by following up on treatment progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Who you are:

• Experienced in dental treatment coordination, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
