Dental Patient Coordinator/ Billing and Insurance 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are a Premier, Private fee-for-service Specialty Practice combining Endodontics and Periodontics. Our team operates on high standards of care, absolute integrity, and genuine connection. Because we rely heavily on our network, building strong, authentic relationships with referring doctors, their administrative teams, and our patients is central to everything we do.

What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who brings complete confidence to every patient interaction. You are the ideal candidate if you excel at multitasking, possess a deep understanding of dental insurance, and can navigate complex financial discussions with ease. Being able to navigate in fast paced environment is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison to nurture positive, lasting relationships with referring practices, office staff, and patients.
• Treatment Presentation & Closing: Confidently present large-dollar, specialty treatment plans, address patient hesitation, and successfully close cases.
• Insurance Navigation: Utilize strong dental insurance knowledge to explain out-of-network benefits, pre-authorizations, and fee-for-service financial policies clearly.
• Practice Operations: Efficiently manage phone lines, scheduling, and patient check-ins/check-outs while balancing administrative tasks with uncompromised integrity.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
