Our team includes multiple skilled dental associates, experienced hygienists, and dedicated clinical support staff who collaborate closely to provide exceptional patient care.

Because our practice offers full-scope general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and orthodontics, we are seeking a welcoming Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator who can guide our patients smoothly through their care journey—from consultation to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Presentation: Review doctor-recommended treatment plans with patients, explaining procedure steps and answering questions with clarity and empathy.
• Ledger & Billing Education: Walk patients through their account ledger, explaining billing breakdowns, insurance coverage details, and out-of-pocket balances so they feel completely confident in their financial care plan.
• Financial Guidance: Walk patients through fee estimates, expected insurance benefits, and flexible payment arrangements.
• Scheduling & Care Follow-Up: Coordinate appointment scheduling for recommended care and proactively follow up on pending treatment plans to help keep patient care on track.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as a reassuring guide for patients who may feel hesitant or anxious about moving forward with their care.
• Clinical Collaboration: Partner with doctors, hygienists, and front desk staff to ensure daily schedules flow smoothly and records stay updated.
