About Us:

We are looking for a Dental Practice Operations Manager to join our practice Regarding Dentistry! As a growth-orientated Dental Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate patient care, streamline operations, and drive the success of the dental practice.

Meet the team you'll work with

Regarding Dentistry started as a family practice. Dr. Laura Menser's father founded it and brought on the talented Dr. Jack Fiedler. Today Dr. Jack, Dr. Laura and Dr. Jordan Smith lead the practice together - working as one team. They're kind, passionate about their patient's experiences and have trust in their team. At Regarding, we work hard together, and we have fun together too, from team lunches to game-show-style team bonding events and everything in between. We believe that work doesn't have to be boring, but it does have to have meaning.

Why Waconia?

Waconia gives you lake-town living with the Twin Cities close by. It's in Carver County, about 35 miles west of downtown Minneapolis. You can enjoy:

Lake Waconia, one of the largest lakes in the west metro, for boating, fishing and summer evenings on the water
Lake Waconia Regional Park, with a swimming beach, trails and space to unwind
A friendly downtown with local shops, restaurants and community events
An easy commute on Highway 5 that keeps you out of city traffic
