Dental Office Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for an amazing Treatment Coordinator to assist our patients to get the care they need!

Core Competencies:

· Prior dental office and treatment presentation experience is a must

· Familiarity with comprehensive dental treatment including All-on-X, full mouth rehabilitation, clear aligner treatment, sleep apnea treatment preferred

· Competency in patient financing

· CPR Certification

· Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training

Essential Functions:

· Coordination of multi-disciplinary treatment plans

· Advocate for patients to find ways to fit needed treatment into their life

· Impeccable organization for record keeping

· A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for guests of our practice

· Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service

· Ability to speak in patient friendly terms about financing options

· Support the values and vision of the practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
