Experienced Dental Office Manager – Growing Private Practice

We are a growing private dental practice in Goodlettsville seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and help build a strong, accountable team.

This role requires someone who understands both practice management and the dental insurance/collections side of the business. **Previous dental office management experience is required.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day office operations and team workflow
• Oversee insurance verification, claims, denials, AR, collections, and payment posting
• Ensure treatment plans and patient financial arrangements are accurate
• Monitor production, collections, scheduling, and case acceptance
• Train and support front-office team members
• Help improve systems, accountability, and overall office efficiency
• Handle patient concerns professionally
• Work closely with doctors and ownership on practice goals

Qualifications:

• Dental office management experience preferred
• Strong dental insurance and claims knowledge required
• Experience with collections, AR, and payment posting
• Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Compensation: Competitive based on experience, with performance-based bonus opportunity.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 80.0 per week
