What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment needs, and long-term wellness
• Partner with doctors to support comprehensive care planning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
• Passion for patient care and education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A team-first mindset with a desire to grow

Mon- Thur 8-5 can be flexible with full time or part time

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.  
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.  
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.  
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.  
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. 
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification 

Compensation

$47-$50/hr plus uncapped hygiene bonus incentive plus up to $5000 sign on for full time
