Dental Hygienist — Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits

• $62–$70/hr based on experience
• BAM profit sharing — an extra $6/hr is realistic; up to $10/hr has been achieved
• Daily grab bag production bonuses
• Dental benefits for you and your family
• Medical stipend: $165/pay period
• 401(k) with 3% employer match
• 6 paid holidays + PTO after 6 months
• Paid sick leave (Colorado HFWA)

Schedule Options

Part-Time:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Full-Time:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What Your Days Will Look Like

Full-scope hygiene — comprehensive exams, co-diagnosis, perio therapy, same-day add-ons, and patient education using cutting-edge technology.

AI-supported care — DentiAI Notetaking, Pearl AI, intraoral photography & digital scanning, CBCT, and digital workflows help you find and present findings with clarity.

Real patient relationships — we're small and tight-knit. Patients know your name, you know their story.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Colorado — required
• Laser and local anesthesia certification preferred (not a dealbreaker)
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn
• Strong communicator who can co-diagnose with confidence
• Team-first mindset — you pitch in and communicate
• Someone who genuinely cares about patient outcomes
