Dental Hygienist

Privately owned family dental practice has a GREAT opportunity for a Full- time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and wants to become a valued member of a supportive dental team. Because we are family owned, we value our staff like family. No accelerated hygiene, micro management, or daily quotas. Entry level encouraged to apply, must have current RDH license in the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including SRP therapy, Laser therapy, preventative therapy, patient education, assessment, and treatment planning for routine and preventive services.

• Take and utilize radiographs as appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Apply sealants/fluoride, and collaborate with the dentist on patient care plans.

• Monitor vital signs when indicated, recognize changes in patient condition, and communicate findings to the dental team.

• Ensure sterilization, equipment safety, and maintain a clean, organized clinical area for efficient, quality care.
