Orange Place Family Dentistry is looking for an Registered Dental Hygienist with clinical experience to join our team.

We’re a privately owned, established practice that has been caring for families for more than 30 years. We take exceptional patient care seriously, but we also believe you should enjoy the people you work with and the place you come to every day.

Our team works hard, helps each other, laughs together, celebrates together, and occasionally gets a little competitive when PTO days and gift cards are involved. We have team activities, themed days, outings and plenty of reasons to have fun—but when it comes to our patients, quality always comes first.

Our standard appointments are:

60 minutes for recare

90 minutes for new patients

And if a patient clinically needs more time, we understand that. We are patient-care driven, not production driven.

We want our hygienists to diagnose what they see, educate their patients, communicate openly with our doctors, and provide the level of care they’re proud to put their name on.

You’ll also have Cavitron/ultrasonic scaling, warm water, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, digital charting, CBCT and modern technology in a beautiful, updated, completely paperless office.

No spending your lunch break sharpening instruments!

We also have an on-site dental lab, updated clinical equipment and even a yoga room when you need a minute to recharge.

Who We're Looking For

We aren't looking for someone to simply fill an opening. We're looking for an experienced hygienist who wants to become part of the team.

You may be a great fit if you have 8+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience, strong instrumentation skills and confidence in periodontal assessment and therapy.

You should be comfortable educating patients about periodontal disease and recommended treatment, taking excellent digital radiographs, using intraoral cameras and modern technology, and communicating openly with our doctors.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, thorough, positive, patient-focused and a true team player.

If you're the kind of hygienist who takes pride in doing things correctly rather than doing them quickly, you'll fit right in.

Your Schedule

One of the best parts?

It's a four-day workweek.

Monday: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: CLOSED
