Schedule:

• 12 hour shift, 7a-7p.
• 3 days per week.
• 1 Saturday per month (8a-1p).

How You’ll Help Our Patients Live Longer, Happier Lives:

• Ensure patients are comfortable in the dental chair.
• Work as a team with your hygiene assistant.
• Create an exceptional hygiene experience for patients while partnering with the team to maintain strong patient retention and recall rates.

Who We're Looking For:

• RDH with Oregon licensure OR currently in the process of gaining Oregon licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear, respectful communication with patients, colleagues, and visitors.
• Adaptable and quick to learn, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining open to feedback.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to identify challenges and implement effective solutions within established guidelines.
• Dependable and accountable team player with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with assisted hygiene
• Working knowledge of Open Dental
