You’ll work alongside a doctor and team members who value collaboration between hygiene and restorative dentistry. Our goal is to provide our hygienists with the technology, support, communication, and clinical environment necessary to deliver excellent care—not simply move patients through a schedule.

• Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to contribute wherever needed
• Maintains a consistently professional appearance and attitude
• Understands that exceptional patient care, efficiency, and practice success can—and should—work together

Must-Have Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong patient education skills
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable working with modern dental technology
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience

Experience is preferred, but we are open to meeting the right hygienist who brings a strong clinical foundation, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and grow.

8:00 AM–5:00 PM

1-hour paid lunch
