At Basin Dentistry, we believe great hygiene starts with having the time and support to provide quality care. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established Midland team.

With 60-minute hygiene appointments, competitive base pay, and additional bonus opportunities, this is an opportunity to focus on your patients while being rewarded for the work you do. Full-time is preferred, but we’re also open to part-time for the right hygienist.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Perform oral health assessments and take digital X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings
Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and continuity of care
Maintain infection-control and clinical standards
Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

Active Texas Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Knowledge of dental practice management software
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
