Orsatti Dental is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, patient-centered practice. For 40 years, we have built our practice around long-term relationships, excellent dentistry, and treating our patients like family.

We are looking for a hygienist who wants to become an important part of our team and grow with our practice. More Than a Hygiene Appointment. We believe a great hygienist plays an important role in a patient’s overall dental health and treatment experience.

Our ideal hygienist enjoys educating patients—not only about periodontal and preventive care, but also helping them understand treatment recommended by the doctor, including crowns, implants, veneers, Invisalign, and other restorative and cosmetic procedures.

We want someone who is comfortable talking with patients, answering questions, building trust, and helping patients understand the value of their recommended care.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience

Current Texas dental hygiene license

Excellent clinical and communication skills

Strong patient education skills

iTero experience-Dentrix knowledge

Knowledge of periodontal care and comprehensive dentistry

Comfortable discussing restorative, implant, cosmetic, and Invisalign treatment

Positive, dependable, and professional

A genuine team player

Someone who enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients

Organized and able to maintain an efficient schedule while providing excellent patient care

Schedule

Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM

No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $47.00/hour, based on experience
