Schedule: MondaysWednesdays (7:15 AM – 5:00 PM), TuesdaysThursdays (7:15 AM – 4:00 PM) | Fridays Off!

Position Summary

As our Dental Hygienist, you will be the cornerstone of our preventive and periodontal care programs. Partnering directly with Dr. Manov, Dr. Gubernick, and our skilled support team, you will utilize modern hygiene protocols, digital diagnostics, and soft-tissue care to help patients achieve optimal oral health while building long-lasting relationships in a highly collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Hygiene Care: Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, deep scaling and root planing (SRP), and full-mouth debridement with a gentle, thorough approach.

• Periodontal ScreeningDiagnostics: Conduct thorough periodontal evaluations, review medical histories, measure probing depths, and perform oral cancer screenings.

• Digital RadiographyCo-Diagnosis: Capture crisp digital X-rays and intraoral images to educate patients and assist doctors with comprehensive treatment planning.

• Patient EducationCase Acceptance: Empower patients by explaining the "why" behind their treatment recommendations and custom home-care regimens.

• Clinical Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with doctors and support staff to maintain efficient operatory flow and exceptional patient experiences.

• SafetyCompliance: Maintain immaculate operatory sanitation and sterilization adhering strictly to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards.

QualificationsRequirements

• Active Arizona Dental Hygienist License: Current, unencumbered license issued by the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (required).

• Anesthesia Certification: Active Arizona Local Anesthesia Certification (required).

• CPR/BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification for healthcare providers (required).

• Laser Certification: Active Arizona Dental Laser Certification (preferred or open to obtaining prior to start).

• Nitrous Oxide Credentials: Arizona Nitrous Oxide Analgesia Certification (preferred).

• ClinicalSoft Skills: Proficiency in modern periodontal protocols, SRP execution, digital radiography, and an empathetic chairside manner that puts anxious patients at ease.
