About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive Dental Hygiene Coordinator to keep the hygiene schedule organized, productive, and patient-focused. This is an operations and coordination role for someone who thrives on planning, communication, follow-through, and creating a smooth experience for both patients and the clinical team.

This opportunity is ideal for a dental or medical front-office professional, scheduling coordinator, or treatment coordinator ready to grow into greater responsibility. Dental experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and optimize the Dental Hygienist schedule
• Manage hygiene appointments, confirmations, recalls, and reactivation
• Communicate effectively with patients about Preventive Care and periodontal needs
• Partner with the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and clinical team
• Support Patient Education and treatment follow-through
• Coordinate Full-Time Hygienist and Part-Time Hygienist scheduling needs
• Help maintain efficient appointment flow and consistent scheduling
• Work confidently with Digital Radiography and other modern dental technology
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and patient retention

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Proactive, dependable, operations-minded approach
• Scheduling or coordination experience
• Professional, patient-centered communication

Preferred

• Dental front-office or hygiene coordination experience
• Medical scheduling or treatment coordination experience
• Familiarity with periodontal therapy and preventive dental care
• Experience in a Modern Dental Office
